DELIVERY
Due to the situation in Ukraine and Kyiv, the delivery price may change due to shelling, road closures, and public transport stoppages. Also, the amount for delivery on holidays and at a time critically close to the curfew may increase. To clarify the amount for delivery, dial our manager.
Delivery by courier.
The cost of delivery in Kyiv for one date and one address is UAH 400.
Orders with delivery are processed only after full payment.
Important questions:
What if the flowers have been delivered and there is no one at home?
In this case, the composition is returned to the "Luxury Flowers" salon, after which they can be collected by self-delivery or re-paid for delivery to the desired address.
What happens if the delivery is refused at this stage?
Since the company has already incurred costs, payment for the order or delivery is non-refundable. After all, flowers are one of the perishable products, which means they cannot be exchanged or returned.
